Dear Saints,

This correspondence is being sent at the request of the Adjutant General, Bishop Matthew Williams. It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of both Bishop Harvey David Bryan of the Western Florida Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Bishop George Foster, Jr., of the Idaho Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. They both went home to be with the Lord on late yesterday.

The Bryan and Foster families, as well as the jurisdictions in their respective states, are in need of our fervent prayers at this time. Final arrangements will be forthcoming.
