Registration fees are payable by cash, certified check, credit card, or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Certified check and money orders should be made payable to AIM and mailed with your completed Registration/Housing form to:

Housing Information
$150 HOTEL ROOM DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS.
AN ADULT REGISTRATION FEE(S) AND A HOTEL DEPOSIT OF $150 ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH ROOM REQUESTED
We do NOT guarantee your choices of hotels. All hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.. All reservation updates must be made through AIM office and not with the individual hotel on or before June1, 2010. AIM will not be responsible for rooms reserved with the hotel, through travel agencies or other individuals.
To ensure you are at the same hotel with your group, family and friends, submit ALL forms under the SAME confirming party name and at the same time. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis
Due to the shortage of double beds in many hotels, you MUST register as least one adult and one other registration. (You must have two registered people to get a double)
Church of God in Christ Convention Services will mail or email reservation Acknowledgment and Housing Assignments within six weeks of receiving your completed on-line booking.
We do NOT guarantee your choices of hotels. All hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We do guarantee that you will be assigned to one of the hotel in the convention contacted block. Again, all hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, depending upon when you register, you may be assigned to a convention hotel on the listed hotels. Request for specific bed types are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Handicap Accessible rooms are available upon request on a first come first serve basis per hotel.
