Advisory Committee Member
Dr. Fields is a woman who has a wealth of educational and spiritual experiences. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science degree in speech from the University of Florida, a Masters degree in Administration of Youth Programs from Nova University, and a Doctorate of Education degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Currently she serves as Executive Director of the Diamond Community School, Inc. (Preschool through 12th grades) , President & CEO of Diamond Jewel Facets, Inc.- Management & Education Consultant Corporation, founder of the Diamond Community School, Inc. – Brevard County’s first and only African-American Owned Private School, former President of the Board of Directors of the Diamond Community School, Inc. , former Member of Board of Directors of Citrus Council of Girl Scouts, and an Accreditation Valuator for he National Association for the Education of Young.
Dr. Fields has served as the Sunday School teacher, Purity class Leader, Choir member, Sunshine Band Leader, Worship leader, and Bible Band teacher at Dania Church of God in Christ, Inc.
She has worshipped and served in the areas of Youth and Women’s Ministries of Williams Temple COGIC in Gainesville, Florida during college tenure at the University of Florida, served as local President of the YWCC of First New Mount Zion COGIC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida , and was appointed Pentecostal District President of the YWCC.
Dr. Fields is a lecturer, motivational speaker and keynote speaker on issues related to Youth, education, community involvement, administration, parent involvement and Christian Ethics. She is a member of the National Advisory Board of C. H. Mason Jurisdictional Institutes and a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Department of Women of Jurisdiction of Southwestern Florida.
A resident of the city of Palm Bay, Florida, Dr. Fields is the mother of two children, Adrian and Karen and the wife of Pastor Ronnie Fields of Christian Fellowship Church of God in Christ.
