Please note the following important Missions Department Convocation information:
- President’s Meeting – Primarily for Jurisdictional Missions Presidents (however all are invited to attend) to meet with Bishop Moody, his executive staff and share and resolve concerns, etc. related to the functions of this position. Meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2009 in THE SULTANA ROOM (second level) at THE COOK CONVENTION CENTER. The meeting will be held directly after the noonday service;
- Regional Director’s Meeting – Primarily for Regional Directors (however all are invited to attend) to meet with Bishop Moody, his executive staff, to discuss, share and resolve concerns, etc. related to this position. Meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2009 in THE SULTANA ROOM (second level) at THE COOK CONVENTION CENTER. The meeting will be held directly after the President’s Meeting;
- THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2009 – Missions Evening Service
- Missions Department Board Meeting – Primarily for International Department of Missions Board of Directors (however all are invited to attend) to meet with Bishop Moody to discuss, share and resolve concerns, etc. related to the functions of this position. Meeting will be held on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2009 in THE SULTANA ROOM (second level) at THE COOK CONVENTION CENTER. The meeting will convene at 9:00 a.m.;
- Complementary Lunch / Dinner – For ALL missions workers especially the International Delegates to The Holy Convocation – 2009. A fabulous meal shall be provided to the missions workers (president, officers, supporters of missions, international delegates, etc.).
