I.  Rehearsals:

Preparing for our times of ministry

*All rehearsals held at: Pentecostal Institutional COGIC, 229 S. Danny Thomas St.

• Thursday, November 5, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Friday, November 6, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 7, 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (in the Gymnasium)

Saturday, November 7, 4:00 p.m. Orchestra Cookout following rehearsal!!

II. Registration:

All Orchestra Members $20.00 per person

Registration will be held at the rehearsal site on:

Friday, Nov. 6th  & Saturday, Nov. 7th

III. Times of Ministry:

Thursday Night, November 5th Evening Worship Service

7:00 p.m. Fed Ex Forum

Sunday Morning – November 8, Official Day Celebration

Symphony of Praise Concert Prior to Official Day Service 7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.

Official Day Celebration, 8:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Fed Ex Forum

Monday, November 9th Holy Communion Service

9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Cook Convention Center

IV. Ministry Dress: Orchestra Dress Code

All musicians are to wear “worship worthy” attire, being appropriately adorned in clothing which

will not hinder their effectiveness or distract others from worshipping.

Women:

Thursday Night & Sunday Morning Official Day Celebration:

All black long sleeved dresses, hosiery, black shoes

Monday Morning Holy Communion:

All white long sleeved dresses, hosiery

Men:

Thursday Night, Sunday Morning Official Day Celebration & Monday Communion:

Black tuxedo or suit, white wing tip shirts, black bow tie, black socks/black shoes

If you desire to be a part of the Liturgical Praise Dance Ministry please remember to bring your uniform to the National Holy Convocation. When ordering please allow enough time for delivery to ensure you have your dress before the convention.
