Superintendent Darrak Scurles has been serving as the Dean of curriculum and training for the International Sunday School Department Church Of God In Christ Inc. for the last eight years.  While serving the International Sunday School Department of the Church of God in Christ, Superintendent Scurles served six years as the Colorado Jurisdictional State Sunday School Superintendent until he was appointed AIM Chairman for the Jurisdiction of Colorado under the leadership of Bishop Roosevelt Dunn.  Superintendent Scurles also serves as the Assistant Pastor to his Father at Greater Wayside Community Temple Church of God In Christ located in Aurora, Colorado.

Professionally, Superintendent Darrak Scurles is the President & CEO of Business Wealth Solutions, LLC. with over 3000 active clients.  He also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Wayside Community Temple Church Of God In Christ. The Colorado Black Chamber Of Commerce. The Denver Chamber Of Commerce. Member of the Insurance Industry Million Dollar Round Table.

Educationally, Superintendent Darrak Scurles earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado Christian University In Organizational Management with an emphasis in Christian leadership.  He also has a Masters Degree from The American College University in Financial Management Planning.  Superintendent Scurles is currently enrolled in a Doctoral studies program for Christian Education and Counseling.

Superintendent Darrak Scurles loves his family, he is married with two children.  In his spare time he loves to golf and fish.  Most of all he is saved and Holy Ghost filled with a mind and heart to serve the people of God.
