INTRODUCTION: Organizational Structure is the orderly arrangement of the interconnecting parts of the Organization. The need for Organizational Structure in many if not most of our Sunday School Departments is paramount.

 Many Sunday School Departments were established and even now exist on a faulty (flawed) foundation. Any Sunday School Department that’s existing without solid and sound Organizational Structure is set-up for failure and will never fulfill their divinely designed destiny!

OVERVIEW:  Here is a brief synopsis of the wealth of information that you can expect to learn, experience, and acquire while attending the “Foundational Sunday School Ministries” this week.

Tuesday’s Session:   “Reviewing the Problem”

(1)  We will start by conducting a general assessment of your Sunday School Department. (You will certainly want to participate in it)

(2)  We will clearly identify and clarify the problems plaguing your Sunday School Department.

(3)  We will offer solutions how to rectify those identified problems by:  

(Exodus 18:19-20)

A.    Reviewing the Vision for your Sunday School Department

B.    Reviewing and scrutinizing your Sunday School Staff

C.    Reviewing your Sunday School Job Descriptions

Wednesday’s Session:   “Resolving the Problem”

(1)  We will present how to implement proper structure for a Successful Sunday School by first, reviewing, removing, and renouncing strategies, methods, and traditions that have been determined to be obsolete, non-effective, or non-productive.

(2) We will present how to identify proper personnel to be recruited for Sunday School positions. (Exodus 18:21)  (Acts 6:3)

(3)  We will present how to properly train Teachers, so they can have an impact on others that they teach. (II Timothy 2:2)

Thursday’s Session:    “Results of Fixing the Problem”

(1)  We will examine how a properly structured Sunday School Department allows the people to prosper through our proven product, which is the word of God. (St. Matthew 4:4)

(2) We will take an in-depth look into how a properly structured Sunday School Department employs strategies with the emphasis on preparing and preserving the next generation. (Deuteronomy 6:7)

(3)  We will thoroughly detail how Church Growth can and will take place through a properly structured Sunday School Department. (Acts 6:7)
