Deacon Calvin Lowis Borges

 

 

 

 

 


Mr. Calvin Borges is a Member of Richardson Chapel C.O.G.I.C. of District Four Progressive, serving under Superintendent Charles H.M. Mason Gordon and Bishop Prelate James Earl Gordon of the First Louisiana Eastern Jurisdiction.   Deacon Borges serves his local church on the Deacon Board, Assistant Sunday School Superintendent and Teacher, Evangelist Department Member and in the Youth Ministry. 

 

Deacon Borges recently retired with over thirty-five years of employment from the East Baton Rouge School District in Baton Rouge Louisiana and the Ascension Parrish School District.  As a Teacher, the Deacon dedicated his education with instruction in English, Art, and Coaching and named twice in his tenure in the Who’s Who among American Teachers.

 

With a love to teach in instruct Deacon Borges continues working in the Church and Community as a Devoted Man of God willing to do God’s Work.    Deacon Borges and his Wife, Gloria has seven Children.
