Teaching children in a world void of values, morals, and Christian character can be a challenge today.  However, God has equipped us with a spiritual weapon – Sunday School – to defeat the plans of the devil.

We will focus on proven strategies that will teach children and youth the scriptures while encouraging them to build and develop a personal relationship with the Lord.  We will persuade teachers to pray and seek the Lord for enthusiasm, direction, and skills required to minister to Youth Sunday School.  Stressing the necessity of commitment, timeliness, attendance, and tardiness in order to set the proper example to our students will also be addressed.  Discussion will also be held on the proper way to prepare for classes, the significance to always being in place and ready to teach, and how to effectively utilize printed materials, interactive discussions, church doctrine, and biblical principles.

We will also discuss lesson structure to teach students how to proactively read, study, and apply the lesson to their lives.  Finally, we will discuss methods to strengthen the communication styles of youth when addressing their peers, and or presenting to the church at large.
