WOMEN’S MINISTRY TRAINING

I am Missionary Charla V. Johnson your Sunday school Women’s Department coordinator for the Sunday school University.  We have great things going on in our department which will help you meet the challenges of today for your people.  In our Leadership Conference this year, Bishop Charles E. Blake emphasized the social ills which not only plague our society, but affect our churches also.  God has given me specific instruction, provided me with outstanding instructors, and blessed this curriculum in order for you to be energized, motivated, and fired up to bless the people in your congregations.  I see growth for your ministries as you glean from what we have to offer in the Women’s Department.  Come and be blessed by our power packed curriculum slated just with you in mind.

 

 

 

      1)  Growing your Women’s Ministry through the Sunday school

           Presenter:  Evangelist Missionary Lillie Smith

Creating a bonding relationship in a women’s class that will support women through the Word of God in everyday life.  Meeting there everyday needs in a way that will help them to develop a stronger relationship with the Father.  This class is designed to developing boldness in those in your class to reach others who are in spiritual and emotional need.  The instructor is an educator, coordinator, and motivating speaker.

 

 

2)      Exhorting the Kingdom on Campus  

Presenter:  Evangelist Missionary Charla Johnson

This class is to help encourage young women to develop a kinship among other Christians on campus.  The instructor will be helping them to find resource to establish a Christian fellowship on campus.  It will also discuss ways to search for a good church home while away at school.  The class will help the local Sunday school superintendent, First lady or anyone interested in helping your church grow that is near a major campus.  Young people need and want help they at times just don’t know how to ask.

 

 

 

3) Women in Leadership

Presenter: Missionary Betty Moore 

Developing the Deborah(s) and Esther(s) within your ministry by duplicating yourself in women to be leaders in taking the Gospel to the world is what this class is all about.  This class will help embrace, train, and build women to learn how to keep things moving in a ministry in order for them to see the true leadership capabilities that they possess.   We will start out with a gifted and passionate leader of women.  She is humble yet talented in sharing the word of God.

 

4)  Organization in Women’s Leadership     

Presenter:  Doctor Martina Martin

Psalms 133:1 States “O how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.”  In order to have a progressive, unified Sunday school class and women’s ministry organization is the key.  When all are aware of your vision and goal for a class, department, or service it is more likely to be successful.  This is a powerful speaker who is bold in courage and strong in the word.

 

5)   Single Women Raising Men           

Presenter:  Evangelist Missionary Charla Johnson

When forced into situations where women have to raise sons it is important that we feel empowered to raise a boy into manhood.  We can do all things through Christ that strengthens us.  Tips will be shared on how to strengthen manhood in young men in single parent homes.  You don’t want to miss this.  Being a first Lady you want to know just how to relate these strengths to those who are head of household in your church.

 

6)   Ministering to the Unequally Yoked Spouse 

Presenter:  District Missionary Lucy Hill

This is a class for Sunday school instructors to learn how to minister and give hope to those in their class who are unequally yoked.  You will learn methods to help strengthen the faith and hope of those in troubled marriages who are attending your class.  This speaker has a dynamic book of her extraordinary testimony which will be a blessing to those who attend.  God can change a spouse; she is a witness.  Get a copy of her new book Walking through the Line of Fire    (available during the class)
