Greetings,
It is with great enthusiasm and expectation that I serve the men of God in the Church of God in Christ, Inc. I appreciate the vision of our great leader Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake Sr. to empower men not only spiritually and socially, but also economically. This has been the educational thrust in our yearly Men’s Conference. Although this conference was initially designed for the laity of the church, it has grown to serve men of every tier of leadership and denomination. We believe that in order to carry out the great commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we must educate for the purpose of gaining knowledge, applicable application, training and winning men to Christ. The conference has served as a tool that has allowed leaders to confer with laymen and for laymen to embrace leaders.
As we pursue and embrace this technological era, we are determined to utilize every facet that is given to us to help spread the Gospel as well as spread valuable information to the masses of men who are hungry for Jesus and His attributes.
We must always remember that God made man to be the head, which means strong leadership that is laced with the ability for provision for the sustaining of others. I do realize that many of us have experienced situations that were meant to destroy us as men, but God is the master builder and He knows how to rebuild broken lives.
I look forward to caring out the vision of God that has been given to our leader, Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake Sr. The men of the Church of God in Church have a promising future. We will continue to train and network to further the work of the Lord.

i must commend you Bishop Hines you are truly a god sent leader to be over this department which is one of the greatest departments within our church i attended the men meting in st louis and you preaced such a profound word that night i brought the message and it greatly encouraged me so that it caused me to really look inot my spirtual mirror and i really rededicated my self to the call of GOD on my life so i say thank you BISHOP HINES and GOD speed you on your endeavours as you take the mens department to greater heights and new levels of oneness within the GRAND OLD CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST. I thank God for this avenue. The History of Great Christian Preachers & Ministries Center is being built to honor history of our Pastors, Deacons, Missionaries, Mother’s of the church, and different Ministries like yours that have served in ministry for 20 years or more.
I’ve been getting great support from the COGIC family and National Baptist Convention.
I truly love what you’re doing in the kingdom and pray growth on this ministry.
I’m thinking about leaving a permanent seat on the board for the COGIC family to hold. When that opportunity arrives I’ll conversate with Bishop Blake.

I greet you in the Blessings and Grace of God. It’s good to see that the COGIC Men now have a “Department”. The work of men in the church have been neglected for a long time and I pray that we now have something to offer the men of the Church. Men that are not Min., Elder, Pastors, or credential holders.
I’d like to know when are we going to get structured as a Men Department”? I’m working with the Men Ministry in First Jurisdiction of Louisiana and our men are hungry for structure and things to do to identify themselves as “Real Men” in the Church.
We have identified a lot of Men Ministry work that is going undone in our Church and I’m willing to share our ideas to get us structured and, more importantly, moving forward in the work of the Lord.
I believe that the men are the foundation of the Church and we need to be fulfilling that role for our young men to see.

Praise the Lord!!! I heard your testimony about the lightning striking you and the pants-wearing lady that prayed for you and God brought you back to life after medical persons prounced you dead. I am still inquiring of the DVD or CD of the message you preached that day. I understand that many people are requesting that message and testimony.
