What is our Mission?

The primary vision of C.O.G.I.C. Men’s Conference is to minister to the total man, spiritually, physically, and intellectually.  We feel it is our social and economical responsibility to do so.

It is our endeavor to offer as many gainful avenues as possible to meet the needs of men everywhere.  This vehicle is designed to aide in the empowerment of men to impact the world. 

Our Purpose

To Empower:

It is important to know the Word of God; this is the empowerment that is needed to lay hold on the things of God.  We must take the Word and apply it to every area of our lives, causing us to walk in complete victory.  (Psalms 119:105)

To Uplift The Family:

On of the most important units in the church are the family; we want to effect the families by helping men develop into better husbands and fathers.  The church has a responsibility to minister to the needs of the family.  (Joshua 24:15)

To Promote Physical Awareness:

There are many health related issues that men today are faced with, we want to help in educating prevention, as well as give insight in preexisting conditions.  (Proverbs 3:13)

To Affect The Community:

The church should never close themselves off those in the community that so desperately need them.  Because of the attack on men, it is our endeavor to give them social boldness to affect the community of with social change.  We must not overlook our nearest challenge - the community.  (Philippians 2:15)

To Economically Equip:

To equip them with information that will help prepare them for better job opportunities.  Also to aide in preparations for investment and long term retirement.  (Deuteronomy 8:18)
