General Assembly Registration Fee: $12.00
Each delegate is required to have the following items in order to have a fast, efficient and smooth registration process.
Certificate of Election – Issued by the Jurisdictional Secretary. Be sure the certificate issued is completed and for the proper voting category.
A “Current” Credential Holders Identification Card – Please check to be sure you have the current card. It should display an expiration date of September, 2010.
Minutes of the General Assembly April 2009 – (Remember, please be sure to bring your copy with you as copies will not be available in Memphis.)
If a replacement Credential Holders Card is needed, a replacement fee is required.
